James J. Loll, Esq.
James J. Loll has been practicing law in Beaver County for over thirty years. He is a lifelong resident of Beaver County, and a graduate of Beaver High School. Attorney Loll received a Bachelor of Science Degree from Allegheny Collage in Meadville, Pennsylvania. Upon graduation, he attended and graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
While in law school, Attorney Loll held internships with Neighborhood Legal Services and the District Attorney’s Office. Attorney Loll then began his legal career with the law firm of King, Bowman, and Ruprecht in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania.
In 1984, Attorney Loll brought his practice to Beaver County where he formed James J. Loll, PC. Attorney Loll has experience in a vast array of areas of law, and has focused his practice on estate planning and administration, corporate law, tax law, personal injury and family law. His current practice is focused on estate planning and administration, elder law, tax and corporate law, coal, oil, gas, shale gas, mineral and energy law, and real estate law. He has held and continues to hold various solicitor positions throughout the county, for municipalities and housing cooperatives. His experience as solicitor includes landlord tenant matters, construction contracts and employment issues. Attorney Loll has had experience with many government agencies including the EPA, OSHA, EEOC, the LCB, the PA Human Relations Commission and the PA Bureau of Worker’s Compensation. Attorney Loll has been honored to have been appointed by the Court in various capacities throughout the years, including as a Master for both civil and family proceedings.
Attorney Loll is an active member of the Beaver County Bar Association, where he has previously served on its Board of Directors and on various committees. He is also a current member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the United States Tax Court and the American Bar Association.
